Karaoke..ing...

Friday again. Time for PBSM... Before everyone going back to own hometown, we got a crazy idea...go for karaoke 1st...hehe. Plus lunch is quite cheap. RM 14 ++.

On my way back, i got a chance to c lion dance. Just in front of The Kuala Lumpur Hotel (near Pudu). Not bad....

Every year must c lion dance then only can feel it's Chinese New Year...hehe. This year quite unexpected coz i c it in KL & not my hometown.

This new year is truly Crazy....Busy...& Tiring....

2 day before new year we paint the whole house & still working on with the gotong-royong & baking biscuits. We manage to meet almost everyone (relatives in Malaysia only lah..) & gather together, "lou sang" & steamboat outside the house (quite "pai seh" coz all the neighbour saw how we eat...haha. Its fun too).

What i did for the whole new year?.....i oso very blurr. At home....sleep, eat & watching TV (Astro card curi from my aunty house :p).But most of the time, i'm sleeping during the daytime.
Only wake up during lunch (brunch actually) & dinner. Then hang out yumcha with frens & gamble at their house (from 11.30pm until 4.30am...sometimes 8.30am, if go Genting la...). Not bad i've learn how to play mahjong & "na mi" this year. Too bad oso coz i lost money to Uncle Lim in Genting......sad...my ang pau "flyyyyy Away" liao.....

Countdown 2009...!!!

The day before 2009....four of my siblings including me, yen & wicky manage to have a gathering for the new year eve. Henry (my elder brother) suggested to go shopping at Sunway to buy new year clothes. So, we all hang there for the whole evening.

We'd our dinner @ our usual gathering place....steambot @ Yu Lek.

Couple???? No lah....just me & my handsome brother....Xian..countdown @ Putrajaya

So dissappointed. No fireworks there....just got the chance to enjoy the crowd & the night view

GK Bienniel Meeting 2008

Golden Key Biennial Meeting is a meeting happened every 2 years which will gather all the committee from around Malaysia to meet the international committee. This year is UPM turn to organize the meeting & it came out just great for all of us.

Having fun setting up the venue for the big event. Theme for the event is Gold+ Silver Christmas....

Golden Key 1st National Camp

This was the GK 1st National camp in Malaysia organized by GKUTM, Skudai Johor. This 3 days 3 night camp where held in Tanjung Piai, Kukup & Johor Bharu respectively

Camping side in Tanjung Piai. Very comfortable. But have to beware of the monkeys & snake. Also dont forget to bring your insect repellent. There's a lot of blood-sucker!!!

2nd day in Kukup Island. A place filled with mangroove & surrounded by fish villages. Delicious & luxurious seafood....yumm...

Danga Bay...a must go place in Johor. Dont said you've visited Johor if you havent come here.

Save A Stray

It's very fun to join a volunteer program during weekend. Since i love animals sOooo much, I volunteered myself for the "Save A Stray" campaign at Dataran Merdeka. Besides dogathon, the participant also get to see a variety of stray dogs & cat, adopt them & watch the performances by the dog, cat & autistic children.

Notice what i see? This is a disable dog. But still very active & optimistic. Human life also should be like that. (don't u think so?)

Animal should be treat with love & passion. Don't take care of them if you can't even take care of yourself.

SEATRU Gathering @ Aquaria KLCC

So happy can gather again with Seatru gang. Really miss them since coming back from the volunteer program. We have build a strong bonding & in-depth understanding among each other ever since we have join the SEATRU program. Thanks to UMT, especially Prof. Chan, Pelf, Adie, Mann, Harry & Gary to organized such a gathering for us to meet all the volunteer & shared our experienced in Pulau Chagar Hutang. Also, farewell to Harry as he's been transferred.

It's also our first time to visit Aquaria KLCC eventhough most of us is "KL lang". What a shame. Haih.... The aquaria not bad & the entrance fees also affordable la.

Everyone's coming back just for the gathering. Of course we won't waste our night. Hehe, we found our "own" gathering place.....The Gasoline. Nice place.....
